Food..... mmmhhhhh.... On the Path of Tantra, we are careful of what we eat, because food is energy. This energy is a support for our meditation, our love, our consciousness. After many years of experimenting with food we have come to understand, that some foods are simply not supporting us. Meat, sugar, milk, coffee, alcohol are few ingredients that we have taken out of our kitchen. We have chosen for vegan way of cooking and we use only organic products. However we are not fanatic tantrica, so we welcome once in a while eggs and some goat cheese.
Each time we have a break between our workshops that allows us to be in our kitchen, we create new yummy delight for us and for you!
Here some healthy and sensuous recipes, which will bring new flavour and awareness in your kitchen and which will generate a beautiful energy in your body to support your meditation, your dance, you sharing love, your joy in life... Now, just go in your kitchen and enjoy the play of smell, taste, colors, touch...mmmhhhh Brown rice, dhal, spinach, chapati, sinful dessert for your mouth. Candle light, flowers for your eyes, and love to make you whole....

Finally a sandwich without bread!
This is my favorite one... fresh, healthy, croquant and fun!
For two lovers:
6 rice papers of 22 cm diameter
1 carrot
1 green salad
80 gr alfafa sprout
40 gr roasted hazelnuts
12 mint leaves
for the dressing:
juice of 1 lemon
2 to 3 spoons of soya sauce
1/2 tea spoon honey
1 spoon apple vinegar
few goji berries
Soak the rice papers in water on a plate. Let them become soft. Wash the carrot and grate it. Crush lovingly the roasted hazelnuts. Wash the salad and separate the leaves. On your kitchen board put a cloth and spread one rice paper on it. In the middle of it put one salad leaf, then some alfafa, a little bit of carrot, hazelnut and two mint leaves. Fold the left and right side of the rice paper on top of your filling. Then comes the tricky part hihhihi... Fold the rice paper part that is in front of you on top of your filling and at the same time roll everything to the back! Get it?!!!... Just try!! The first time it is a bit messy, but the second time, it is better and the third time it is perfect and fun!
For the dressing, mix the lemon juice with the soya sauce, honey and apple vinegar. Add a little of hazelnut and few goji berries.
Eat right a way before a meditation!! It will not make your belly heavy, just happy, joyful and contented!
If you like to keep it for a travel or picknick, put them in a plastic film wrapping so that they don't dry out.
