Beloved Tantrica,
There is so much news that I feel totally lost... from where to start?...
Ha!!! First Russia...ppfff... What a story. One newsletter is not enough to cover the whole trip!
To make it short: Hell and heaven, all together. Hell for the grey colors all over, the long faces of the waitresses in all the restaurants, people coming at 11:00 when they say they would come at 10:00, people (the same usually) hanging on the mobile phone at every break during workshop (over the top!), food... Hahahah.... potatoes and potatoes and potatoes (a nightmare)...
And finally heaven for the warm loving hearts of the same people hanging on their mobile phone and always late!!! And this warm heart is just simply overwhelming, rare, precious... So beautiful that I am ready to go back to the russian hell, just to be again in the flow of love, laughter of these amazing crazy people!!!

Our tantra retreat The Secret, in Venwoude beginning of December...
This retreat is a gift!!! An ancient process of very intense meditations that opens the sexual energy to function with the third eye. All coming from Tibetain Tantra. Something rare! I am very impressed by the courageous ones, who have dared to come to the retreat. Really high level of Tantra... It was not easy. It has brought up lots of resistance and opening too. 32 people in silence for five days: that means a lot of noise!! Incredible, but true. And when the noise was settling down, mystery opened its door. Suddenly another dimension was present, where words don't have place. So the whole retreat was moving like waves on the ocean; sometimes high into mystery and sometimes very down in the mind. But at the very end...everything became beautifully quiet.... like diving into the ocean... and everybody received the "secret" of the retreat. If you missed it, you have another chance: Secret

It is another year to celebrate, to dance, to laugh and cry (it often goes together), to love unconditionally who you are, to sleep (sometimes), to live and die every moment, to make love (as much as possible)... to be (always)!!!

Sharing: Fire of Desire and Fire of Awareness...
"It happened some times ago in a Ritual. The guidance was simple: "Awaken the sexual desire in each other, watch it and don't fulfill it." We sat in front of each other naked. Building up the desire and projecting it on each other. It took no time before we were aflame. Drunk, totally drunk... i was watching the fire burning my body, my senses. The desire was consuming me. We touched each other, played with the bodies. Challenging the sexual energy and the desire...for hours. It became unbearable. At this point, I was ready to give up, to give myself to the desire. But somehow the fire of awareness was stronger. It took over. And the whole energy involved in the desire turned into a fire of clarity. I suddenly was flying. There was no more gravity. Nothing was pulling down, neither the sexual energy, nor the desire. I flew far far into the inner sky... laughing, full of light..."
Meditation: Watching Desire...
You can use any kind of desire. Just choose one, and build it up to its max. Just as an example: you desire to eat a piece of chocolat. Let the desire become bigger and bigger. But don't fulfill it. Just watch it. That it is the whole point. It is not about repressing it or fighting with it. Just simply watching it... There is a moment where it disappears and something else appears in you... hhmm
Just experiment playfully and move deeper into it. A beautiful surprise is awaiting you...
