This is the most simple Tantric Meditation from Shiva.

Radiant One,
This experience may dawn between two breaths.
After breath comes in (down) and just before turning up (out),
the Beneficence.
Sit comfortably and close your eyes.
Let your awareness fall into the moment when your breath comes in
and the moment where your breath goes out.
In that little moment there is a stop where you are not breathing.
Watch this gap, then the Beneficence.
